Casa Macondo is a family-owned coffee and snacks business inspired by our roots in Pereira, Colombia, and our connection to Springfield, Missouri. We bring the vibrant flavors, warmth, and hospitality of Colombian culture to the heart of the Ozarks, sharing our love for coffee, food, and family with our community, one cup at a time.
We work with growers who hand pick ripe cherries and use sustainable practices. Our roasting focuses on revealing natural sweetness acidity and body so each cup is a true expression of origin.
