Using a unique double-shade technique and 60% organic fertilization, every stage, from seed to roast, is carefully managed to ensure traceability and exceptional quality.
This Arabica blend of Tabi and Castillo varieties creates a coffee that is balanced, sweet, and creamy, with a smooth chocolate finish. Medium roasted to preserve its fragrance, our coffee reveals notes of caramel, vanilla, citrus, and red fruits, perfect for those who enjoy a sweet, everyday flavorful cup with character.

A fermentative coffee technique where the atmosphere of a bioreactor is modified and depulped coffee is fermented alongside freshly crushed fruit juice and starter cultures.
In this technique, liquor is added during the final stage of fermentation to transform the process and create a coffee with a distinctive and unique sensory profile.
Developed at La Riviera farm, this coffee is harvested, pulped, left to ferment with the mucilage for 20–24 hours, then washed and sun-dried.
This decaffeination process uses natural ethyl acetate derived from local sugarcane and spring water to gently remove caffeine while preserving the coffee’s authentic and smooth flavor.
